CBHA will end regular operations as of 12/31/25 and will close completely on June 30, 2026. As a result of these events, CBHA is no longer credentialing any providers on its panel. Please direct CBHA members to currently credentialed providers within your practice through the end of 2025. We encourage all providers who wish to serve Atrium members in 2026 to work with Meritain/Aetna on credentialing with their panel.
CBHA remains available to update your provider file for claims purposes. We encourage all providers to send us claims for dates of service in 2025 as soon as possible, so that we can process those claims for you. We will continue to add providers who are operating under a delegated credentialing contract until 12/31/25.
