How to Become a Provider
Thank you for your interest in becoming a provider with CBHA. Recent changes in the business environment have resulted in CBHA discontinuing its credentialing of new providers. We are no longer accepting any provider applications for our panel.
CBHA serves members throughout North Carolina and parts of South Carolina. We are interested in connecting with behavioral health providers who serve people in this region of the country.
If you are interested in knowing more about being a participating panel provider, email our credentialing department at credentialing@cbhallc.com. Our credentialing team will be happy to assist you with the process of becoming part of the CBHA panel.
