How to Become a Provider

CBHA has received a tremendous number of applicants, and we want to ensure that we serve those who applied to be on the panel with efficiency. We will be pausing the acceptance of applications to the panel for New Applicants Only. We will continue to accept applications from currently contracted groups. We will send out another notification when the panel will resume. If you have already emailed your documents those applicants will still be in process.

CBHA serves members throughout North Carolina and parts of South Carolina. We are interested in connecting with behavioral health providers who serve people in this region of the country.

If you are interested in knowing more about being a participating panel provider, email our credentialing department at credentialing@cbhallc.com. Our credentialing team will be happy to assist you with the process of becoming part of the CBHA panel.
